FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

UK delivery for ready made items is upto three working days. At the moment the current lead time for bespoke garment orders is 7-10 days worn the deposit payment is paid, after which items are posted on special next day delivery. Custom accessories have a lead time of 5 working days. If you need an exact arrival date please contact us using the "contact us" page.

All items are specially made to order, we do not offer refunds. However if there is an issue with your order please get in touch within seven days of receiving your items and we will be happy to alter/ amend any issues. This does not affect your rights as a shopper. Please note rhinestones may fall off with use, we do not refund items over missing rhinestones. All orders are provided with a small bag of replacement rhinestones to glue on.
